JMS Construction was founded on a simple idea: framing and drywall are the backbone and skin of every building, and they should be done by a crew you can count on. Decades later, that's still how we work.
Who We Are
Led by Jason Simao, the JMS team carries a combined track record of more than $150 million in framing and drywall delivered on enterprise-level contracts across California — from prevailing-wage public works to private commercial projects, tract-home communities, hotels, and large apartment complexes. The team has worked side by side for years; today they build under JMS Construction.
Much of our work comes from one place: relationships. General contractors and developers who have seen the quality firsthand keep calling — because Jason is known across the industry for integrity, grit, creativity, and honorable work. We frame and finish for production homebuilders, commercial GCs, and public agencies, and we run the business so the people who hire us never worry about compliance, payroll, or whether the crew shows up.
